Our Mission

Our mission is to lead people to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe that life change happens one step at a time beginning when a person trusts in Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins. As a church, our goal is to help everyone take their next step in their faith journey through our four values that permeate every aspect of what we do: WORSHIP, COMMUNITY, SERVICE, INFLUENCE.

Every week, we gather as a family to acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord, celebrate what He is doing in our lives, and be challenged and encouraged by the Bible. We believe that worship helps people at every level of spiritual growth personally engage with God and with other believers. On Sunday mornings, our goal is to help people begin to experience God through contemporary music, biblical messages designed to meet people where they are, a simple explanation of salvation, prayer, fellowship with others, and the opportunity for people to identify and take their next step. Worship is for everyone, and all are welcome to join us at Faircreek.

We encourage every person at Faircreek to attend at least one worship service each week.

As a church, we recognize the need for people to gather in small groups for discipleship, friendship, and accountability. In small group communities, people will learn truths from the Bible, pray with each other, take their next steps in their relationship with God, be encouraged to actively participate in the local church, and have influence for the gospel in their own circle of relationships.

Communities meet at various times throughout the week, and though they may meet for various reasons, such as Bible study, ministry development, or for special topics, they all have the same goal of building friendships and helping others take their next step.

We encourage every person at Faircreek to be involved in at least one community group on a regular basis.

At Faircreek, serving is a vital part of helping people experience the life change God intends for every believer. We believe it is our responsibility to equip and empower individuals to use their spiritual gifts in a way that promotes God’s plan for the church and it’s ministry to the world. We have opportunities for service and would love to help you find the place God would have you to serve. We believe that the church will grow stronger if everyone who calls Faircreek home bands together and focuses to accomplish the mission.

We encourage every person at Faircreek to regularly be involved in at least one area of service.

We believe that it is the responsibility of every believer to be a light in this world pointing to Jesus Christ. That is why the leadership at Faircreek is continually encouraging and equipping believers to introduce others in their family, neighborhood, school, or workplace to Christ. As a church, we balance local and global influence through prayer, training, resourcing, and engaging short-term mission trips here and abroad. In addition, we continually provide monthly financial support, regular prayer and encouragement, and special gifts for our missionaries.

We encourage every person at Faircreek to have influence for the gospel in at least one person’s life.
