Greg Trout, Senior Pastor, Communities & Global Outreach

Greg has been on staff at Faircreek since 2001 and has served as Senior Pastor since 2007 encouraging people to take their next step and communicating the truth of the Gospel in a very practical way. He and his wife, Sharlene, have been married for 30 years and have three kids and three grandchildren. He graduated from Appalachian Bible College and then earned a Master of Arts in Ministry from Moody Bible Institute.


Bill Letcher, Pastor of Worship & Caring

Bill has been a pastor at Faircreek since 2010. He serves as a lead worshiper shepherds people through pastoral care. He has been happily married to Cathy for over 17 years and they have four children. He graduated from Baptist Bible College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Ministry.


Wade Climie, Pastor of Family Ministries

Wade joined the staff in June of 2014. He grew up in Kettering and graduated high school from Dayton Christian. He has been married to Mary Joyce for 16 years and they have three children; two daughters and one son. He graduated with a Pastoral Ministries degree from Toccoa Falls College in 1997 and has previously worked in youth ministry for five years.


Matt Mowry, Pastor of Next Steps and Community Groups

Matt and his wife Renee with their two children, Levi and Anna, have been attending Faircreek for a little over a year. He is a graduate of Summit University in Clark Summit, PA and has served in pastoral ministry for 5 years.



Amy Doerman, Director of Faircreek INSPIRE Project

Amy joined the Faircreek staff in July of 2014. INSPIRE stands for, “Influencing Neighborhood families through Service, Partnership, Intervention, Relationships and Education”. Amy has been an educator since 1995, serving both locally and regionally as a teacher and administrator. She has extensive experience in training teachers nationally, and presents regularly at regional and national conferences.


Sharlene Trout, Director of Kids Street

Sharlene has been on staff for five years and became Director of Kids Street in June of 2014. In addition to providing leadership to the Kids Street Ministry and continuing to develop and implement the Think Orange vision, Sharlene is the Director of Kids Street Live. She has been married to Greg for 30 years, have three kids, and three grandchildren.


Support Staff

Helen Dalton, Administrative Assistant, Finance & Care

Helen and her husband, Michael, have attended Faircreek since 2011, and became members in 2012. They have four children and five grandchildren. She was born in England, moved to South Carolina, and later met Michael who was stationed there in the Air Force. Helen has an extensive background in the legal arena and has an Associate Paralegal Degree and an Associate Criminal Justice Degree.


Betheny Hinchman, Office Administration & Assistant to Family Ministries Department

Betheny joined the Faircreek staff in June of 2014. She provides oversight for all of Faircreek’s communication strategies and publications. She graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science from Kent State University. Betheny has been married to her husband Jacob for 15 years, they have two daughters, and started attending Faircreek in February of 2010.


Lynn Mallare, Database Manager & Administrative Assistant to Senior Leadership

Lynn has been our database specialist and Fellowship One Champion since 2011. She has been married to her husband, Brad, for 26 years and they have three children. They have been at Faircreek since 1994 and have participated in various volunteer roles. She has a Masters of Science in Nursing.


Andrew Smith, Treasurer

Andrew has attended Faircreek since 2000, and joined the staff in June of 2010. He is a graduate of Cedarville University. He and his wife, Becky, have been married for six years and have three sons and a daughter.
