Meet the Staff
Greg Trout, Senior Pastor
Greg has been on staff at Faircreek since 2001 and has served as Senior Pastor since 2007 encouraging people to take their next step and communicating the truth of the Gospel in a very practical way. He and his wife, Sharlene, have been married for 28 years and have three kids. He graduated from Appalachian Bible College and then earned a Master of Arts in Ministry from Moody Bible Institute.

Aaron Deal, Associate Pastor of Connections
Aaron has been a pastor at Faircreek for seven years. He preaches occasionally and oversees our communities, general administration, and anything that has to do with details. He has been married to Jennifer for 11 years and they have four children. He graduated from Cedarville University and then attended Alliance Theological Seminary where he graduated with a Master of Professional Studies in Ministry.

Bill Letcher, Associate Pastor of Families and Students
Bill joined the staff in August of 2010. He has a passion to see young people become disciples of Christ by leading them to life-change. He has been married to Cathy for 12 years, and they have three daughters. He graduated from Baptist Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Andy Davis, Set-Up Custodian
Andy has been married to his wife, Linda, for 12 years and they have three children. They have been at Faircreek for three years and he oversees all set-up each week.

Lynn Mallare
Lynn has been married to her husband, Brad, for 23 years and they have three children. They have been at Faircreek since 1994 and have participated in a lot of volunteer roles. Lynn is our database specialist and a Fellowship One Champion.

Ruth Schmidt
, Housekeeping
Ruth and her family have been at Faircreek since 2006. She is responsible for keeping Faircreek clean. Ruth has been married to Bruce for 33 years and they have three grown children and one grandson.

Anthony Sellers, Buildings Custodian
Anthony and his family have been members of Faircreek since 2009. He and his wife, Megan, have three girls. Anthony works hard at making our facilities clean and ready for the next event.

Andrew Smith, Treasurer and Technology Director
Andrew has attended Faircreek since 2000, and joined the staff in June of 2010. In addition to his Treasurer duties, he also oversees all of the church technology. He and his wife, Becky, have been married for five years and have two sons.

Sharlene Trout, Communications Director
Sharlene has been on staff since October 2009. She provides oversight for all of Faircreek’s communication strategies and publications. She has been married to Greg for 28 years and has three kids; two are married and one is a senior in high school.
