Kids Street

We believe that what goes on in the home is more important than what goes on at church and we believe that the family can do something wonderfully well that the church can’t always do so well — have a continuous influence of unconditional love, everyday. This love is represented by the color RED.

On the other hand, the church is tasked with shining the light of the truth of Christ into a dark and desperate world. This light is represented by the color YELLOW.

As a church, we think the best way to approach Children’s Ministry is to partner with you in a combined influence of LOVE and LIGHT in order to have the greatest impact on the life of your child. In other words, we want to combine RED and YELLOW to create ORANGE!

Imagine what could happen in your families’ life if we synchronized our efforts at church with your efforts at home?! What if we started THINKING ORANGE?

Well, at Faircreek we do think “orange” and everything we do at Kids Street is purposefully designed to help YOU, as a parent, write a legacy of Wonder, Discovery, and Passion with your kids. So won’t you join us on this wonderful journey of ORANGE?

~ Faircreek Church is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all children. Parents need to check in each child at one of our kiosks. Each child will receive a name tag that must be worn and a matching claim ticket for the parent. When parents come to pick up their children, they must show the matching number on their claim ticket before their children will be released.

~ For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we always have at least two workers in each classroom.

~ Snacks are provided in each nursery and preschool class and on occasion, in the elementary classes as well. If your child has a special dietary restriction or food allergy, please inform the teacher.

~ Our goal is to provide a healthy environment for children and adults. In order to minimize the spread of infectious diseases, only healthy children and adults are allowed in the classrooms. An individual is considered unhealthy if they currently have any of the following symptoms, or if they have had them in the last 24 hours: diarrhea, severe coughing, fever, rashes or unidentified spots, runny nose, vomiting, or difficulty breathing.

Kids Street is packed full of cool things where you and your kids can get involved. In addition to Awana on Wednesdays and Kids Worship on Sundays, here’s a glimpse at some of the important dates on the Kids Street calendar in the next few months.
